Recent rumors have been swirling that Styles had received nearly 8,000 letters from his alleged stalker, Myra Carvalho, in just over a month. These were handwritten letters. As if that were not enough, two cards had even been personally delivered to the pop star’s UK residence, according to information presented during her Tuesday appearance before Harrow Crown Court.

A Stalker Sent Harry Styles 8,000 Cards in Under 30 Days?
According to reports, a 35-year-old Brazilian woman was stalking singer Harry Styles. After penning 8,000 handwritten letters to the singer in less than a month, Myra Carvalho turned up in a UK courtroom. The 30-year-old Don’t Worry Darling actor allegedly received a bunch of cards that the woman ordered online and had delivered to his address while she was in the UK.
As heard at the Harrow Crown Court, the BBC reported that two letters were allegedly sent personally to Styles’ address. Carvalho did not enter a plea and was remanded in custody for the case to be heard at the same court in April.
The woman arrived in the UK in December and was lodging in a backpacker hostel in Earl’s Court, west London, according to court documents.
It was brought to the court’s attention that the woman’s family was not informed of her visit to the country. She confirmed her name during the brief hearing while appearing via a video link from HMP Bronzefield, Standard.co.uk reported. She made no indication of her plea. She was dressed in a black coat and gloves.
The next court appearance for Carvalho is set for April 19.
Harry Styles Had To Deal With A Stalker In The Past As Well
Harry Styles, the former member of One Direction, is accustomed to handling stalkers, though. We learned from Mirror that his home’s perimeter was breached in 2022 by Pablo-Diana Orero Tarazaga, who also broke a plant pot on the property. Her fingers had to be “prised” from a wall after a fight with a construction worker, but she managed to get onto Style’s property after being mistaken for a delivery worker, according to testimony given at Wood Green Crown Court.
In March 2019, Styles initially encountered Orero Taragaza at a bus stop close to his house. Believing she was destitute, he offered to help. Following that, the court was told, she showed up outside his house, left notes through his door, and even “tried to grab” the star once when he was out jogging and asked for money.
According to the judge, Tarazaga, whom he described as being enamored with Styles, had been evaluated by two psychiatrists and was diagnosed with a mental health condition.
