What Benedict’s Arc Could Look Like In Bridgerton Season 3
The first two seasons of Bridgerton followed Julia Quinn’s novels in order, but the upcoming installment will jump ahead to portray Colin and Penelope’s (Nicola Coughlan) romance. An Offer from a Gentleman, the third book in the series, focused on the budding relationship and eventual marriage of Benedict and Sophie Beckett. It was expected that Bridgerton season 3 would adapt that storyline, which has led to uncertainty about Benedict’s role moving forward, but Newton’s comments suggest it was well-thought-out.
